The apartment was then distributed as a “soft launch” to the brokerage community on compass.com first before hitting Streeteasy, Trulia and Zillow as a “Compass Private Exclusive.”
Here’s where things get spicy. Alessandra was able to intuitively analyze activity results and demand, verifying that the listing strategy chosen would have the best chance of yielding the highest closing price for her client.
And just like that, the results were in. Alessandra had a full ask offer before the listing even hit the open market, going on market with such a high demand that the Be NYC team helped the seller secure an additional $110,000 went into contract just 2 weeks later.
That night, Alessandra, the team and the seller celebrated with vegan chocolate and a whole lot of bubbles.
